• We will personally be your contact for everything around your trip, from the first contact to the return of the RV.
• We will be available 24/7 throughout the hole trip with our personal mobile numbers.
• We will provide you with customized itineraries which include all your desired destinations and are garnished with tips and recommendations on campsites and sights to see from our personal experience you will never find in a travel guide.
• We will personally pick you up with your motorhome at the airport, your hotel in town or we even bring you the RV to your home- the most convenient way to start your vacation!
• Of course we will bring you to your next destination upon your return, so your trip will end as convenient as he started.
• We don’t have opening hours, we are flexible on your demands, you will also be able to pickup and drop off on Sundays or Federal Holidays – without extra charge of course!
• On start of your vacation, you will get a  personal and individual instuction in "your" motorhome- we do not leave one question unanswered before we leave.
• There will be no extra charge for additional drivers, too.
• In case of an emergency we don’t leave you stranded, we offer to pick you up, assist you with finding the right place to visit or even deliver your delayed bags right to your campsite. You stay in good hands, even if it is getting unpleasant.

We only rent out motorhomes we would also travel by ourselves with:

• Our thoroughness when it comes to cleaning: We clean our motorhomes all by ourselves so ensure that they are as clean and well-maintained as we would demand it for ourselves.
• We only rent out newest motorhomes, with low mileage and in top condition.
• We also allow traveling thru Death Valley in summertime.
• Unlimited generator usage is included in every rental.
• All Our motorhomes are equipped with backup cameras, Bluetooth Audio system, additional batteries, an electric awning, and all the amenities you will expect and be able to think of. 
• We retrofitted comfort mattresses in all our RVs to create a comfortable sleep even on camping!
• All our motorhomes are equipped with child safety nets in the overhead bunk and a child seat preparation.

You shouldn’t miss anything on vacation, so we believe “better a little bit more than not enough”.

• Leaving no wish unfulfilled we offer all kinds of additional equipment.
• Our Bedding & Towels package includes 12 high quality towels in different sizes per person, a complete bedding set, with linen, pillows and pillowcases, comforters and extra blankets. Of course you will find a made bed if you enter your vacation home!
• The kitchen package includes high quality dishes and a 40pcs-kitchen utensils set including pans, pots and glases.
• In the big storage compartments you will also find a little toolkit, levelers and all kinds of helpful equipment for your trip.
• Additionally we offer all kind of rentable accessories, like table-top gas grills, beach chairs, hair dryers… and if there is anything you are missing – let us know we will organize it for you!

We do not just rent out motorhomes, with our travel agency, we are able to take care of almost everything around your vacation:

• Of course we take care of your campground reservations, as well as reservations on tours and sightseeing along the road. 
• You have something to celebrate and are looking for an appropriate event? Of course we will help you with that!
• Your trip doesn’t end on return, we will also book hotel rooms or rental cars for you if you like us to.
• You need a suitable insurance coverage for the trip-ask us!

With us its up to you what insurance package you think is the right one for you:

• Every package has in common, that you do profit from our direct contact to our insurance agent. In case of a loss, we do handle the claim for you and keep you up to date with the progress.
• Everything except of your personal items will be covered on the RV and we do allow driving to Canada on your trip too.
• Basic Coverage includes a minimum liability coverage with a deductible of 2,500 USD.
• The Premium-Package offers a combined coverage of 1 Mio. USD for liability, comprehensive and collision with 50,000 uninsured motorist coverage too.
• The deductible will be lowered to 1,000 USD with this package. There is an additional coverage for windshields with only 100 USD deductible.  
• We even offer a zero-deductible add-on.
